Our contract manufacturing includes production on the manufacturer’s facilities — covering either partial technical operations or the full production cycle. At every stage, we ensure strict adherence to the approved technological process.

Our manufacturing base is fully equipped with:

• A 260 m³ storage tank capacity;
• A dedicated warehouse designed for receiving tanker trucks, flexitanks, and ISO tank containers;
• A reactor park consisting of stainless steel and enamel-coated vessels with anchor-type agitators, capable of heating mixtures up to 170°C;
• Water-ring vacuum pumps with a vacuum depth of –7 bar;
• Certified weighing systems for precise discharge of finished products into any container type specified by the client.

Thanks to long-term contractual agreements with multiple chemical plants across Russia, NPP Sofit can secure even the most scarce raw materials on the market. We have established a fully operational parallel import system to reliably source foreign-origin raw materials required for synthesis.
