Trilon B (tetrasodium salt, disodium salt), CAS 13235-36-4, CAS 6381-92-6

Tetrasodium EDTA (EDTA-4Na)
Disodium EDTA (EDTA-2Na)
Trilon B is the industrial name for ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and its sodium salts. EDTA-4Na and EDTA-2Na are chelating agents derived from aminopolycarboxylic acid. They appear as fine white crystalline powders, odorless and highly soluble in water.
While both salts share similar chelating properties, they differ in solubility, pH profile, and recommended dosage - making each suitable for specific industrial applications.
